Evolution continues growth with appointment of service operations manager

Evolution, the integrated fire and security systems business, has appointed Mark Emery as the company’s new service operations manager. Emery’s main task will be to manage service delivery in the UK, bringing Evolution’s various branches together through service and operations.

As well as overseeing the regulatory requirements of engineer training and familiarity with key legislation, Emery will work with Evolution’s Scottish and Irish teams to maintain “outstanding” levels of customer service.  

He joins the business with more than 30 years’ experience in the fire and security sector, previously working as business manager and national service manager at a leading UK technology security business.

In his new role, Emery will report to Neil Harris, Group operations director, who stated: “Mark’s knowledge of the security industry, and the experience he has gained in senior management roles, will be of significant benefit as we continue to grow the business both at home and on the international stage.”

Speaking about his appointment, Emery told Security Matters: “I’m very pleased and excited to join Evolution. It’s a company that continues to grow and expand. I’m looking forward to working with my new colleagues to enhance the company’s service delivery and customer satisfaction levels still further.”
