Eaton’s Security business has announced the launch of its new look touchpoint website and rewards scheme. As well as providing its customers with access to first class online information and technical support, Eaton now offers security installers and alarm engineers the chance to participate in a brand new rewards-based incentive scheme whereby they can collect touchpoints and choose from a selection of great prizes.

touchpoint will continue to provide a range of services specifically designed to help installers derive the best outcomes from Eaton’s security business products and systems. In addition, the company has developed a new online portal with a more intuitive design so that information may be accessed more quickly and easily.

Installation manuals can be downloaded and a new product compatibility feature even suggests devices that can work together in the same system.

Free-to-join, touchpoint still offers installers access to numerous other benefits such as product education, post-sales telephone-based technical advice and support and a web browser allowing remote access to control panels from anywhere in the world.

Regular software updates can also be downloaded, in turn allowing alarm systems to operate to the latest performance and regulatory standards.

An exciting new element of touchpoint is a rewards-based initiative which allows members to collect points through the purchase of Eaton security products and redeem them against a wide selection of goods. Called touchpoints, installers will be able to collect them on all kits, the latest addition being all control panel and keypad kits.

Various products will be rewarded with points throughout the year. touchpoints are accumulated by entering a code into an installer’s online account. All of the rewards can be accessed online, allowing members to save up for a particular item.

Products that are available include Sony PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Xbox One game consoles, High Street vouchers, TVs, home entertainment systems, experience days, cameras, coffee makers and watches.

A range of highly desirable Apple products is up for grabs too, including iPads, iPad Minis, iPod Touches and iPod Nanos.

Eaton’s security business will regularly update and refresh the reward range.
