IDIS has announced the appointment of Lukasz Pitera to the role of head of UK internal sales based out of the company’s European headquarters in Brentford, London.
IDIS is a global security company that designs, develops, manufactures and delivers surveillance solutions for end users operating in a wide range of commercial and public sector markets.
Headquartered in Korea and operating across 35 countries in tandem with its strategic partners, IDIS is a leading DVR manufacturer with an annual turnover of $314 million and more than 2.1 million installations worldwide to date.
The company’s next generation DirectIP surveillance solutions meet the needs of an increasingly demanding security landscape to protect people, property and assets through the deployment of flexible and cost-effective technology coupled with “unrivalled performance, quality and functionality”.
Lukasz joins IDIS Europe in the UK to lead the internal sales team and focus on the development of new and existing customers across. Working closely with systems integrators and distributors alike, he now assumes responsibility for matching the DirectIP line-up directly with specific project and end user customer requirements.
Lukasz will also be instrumental in implementing robust internal sales procedures to ensure exceptional customer service following a significant growth period for the business.
Expanding the customer base
